This is the CG from the Little Buster! EX, this is the extended & upgrade version of Little Buster! with extra story + H screne, the game is develop by KEY(same company as Kanon, CLANNAD, AIR & etc, the game will make people cry), I believe when see the character design will know from which company already. I'm not sure Little Buster! hidden meaning is what, but if I'm not wrong is about friendship :).
