This is from the Mahou Shoujo Sae Vol.2 (魔法少女沙枝 Vol．2) this is the 2nd vol of the Mahou Shoujo Sae(Im not sure got related or not), it is released on 25th last month. Mahou Shoujo type usually alot of those tentacle(I think is call tentacle), I don't like those tentacle thing so this game I pass, but I do agree the girl look cute ^^.
