First of all, sorry for the super late update or no update at all, recently really busy. Back to topic, this CG is from the RPG eroge name Kimi ga Yobu, Megiddo no Oka de (君が呼ぶ､メギドの丘で), it is a rare RPG eroge from Leaf company.
